Encourage a beginning reader and earn service credit by becoming a PCL Book Buddy! Teen volunteers will be paired with a buddy in grades K-3 to help build young readers’ skills. They will also provide crafting assistance. Grades 9-12. Registration required.
Bob Zogby, author of the Alien Ring series and a retired Pittsford English teacher and longtime resident, details the process of writing, editing, and publishing. Zogby will discuss how he started his series as well as how he created characters, plots, and themes. Registration recommended.
