Town Board appoints Jared Lusk

Jared Lusk, an attorney with Nixon Peabody and former Town Attorney, was appointed as a new Town Board member. Jared replaced John E. Bernacki Jr.

who left the Town Board to be appointed Town Justice on April 9th. Bernacki replaced F. Robert Michel who retired after 22 years of service.

Jared is an attorney with Nixon Peabody in the firm's real estate department. He is also a member of the Pittsford Fire Department; he served as Chief from 2007 to 2008. He is a life-long resident and the eighth generation of his family to live in Pittsford.

Jared has been married to his wife Lori for over 9 years and has two children, Riley Jane age 8 and Nolan age 6.
