Join teachers from the Draper Center for Dance Education in a creative movement series. Students will develop physical and social skills through this five-class series. They will also learn expression and creativity through dance. For ages 3-5, registration for children is required for five Wednesday sessions.

In 1909, Durand Eastman Park was formally opened by the city of Rochester. The property had been donated by Dr. Henry Durand and George Eastman two years earlier. This talk covers the history of how the park came to be, the development of the property, and some of the primary specimens held in the Durand Eastman Arboretum within the park. The Master Gardener Series is brought to you by the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Monroe County and is available thanks to a consortium of MCLS libraries who are sharing resources and connecting communities. Storytime for ages 0-2 years old with a caregiver, and may feature stories, songs, fingerplays, rhymes, or other activities.

Kids can complete a challenge or explore their creativity through free building. For ages 5-10.
