Pittsford Firefighter Recruitment Night & Live Car Fire Demo This Monday, 6/10

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be a firefighter?  Find out this Monday, June 10 at 7:00pm – the Pittsford Fire Department invites the public to a car fire demonstration at PFD Station #2, 465 Mendon Road (across from Mendon High School).  You’ll see our firefighters in action, meet department members, and find out from theses dedicated women and men what it’s like to serve as a volunteer firefighter.  After the demonstration enjoy food and drink and ask any questions you may have.  The Pittsford Fire Department is always looking for volunteers – find out if it might be a good fit for you!   Whether you are interested in firefighting or just want to come out to see firsthand what they do, the PFD welcomes you.   If you can't stop out on Monday, you can contact recruitment@pittsfordfd.org to schedule an informational meeting.
