Resumes due Friday, 7/20 for Town Environmental & Planning Boards volunteers

The Town of Pittsford's Environmental Board (two openings) and Planning Board (one opening) each have openings for volunteer board members. Resumes currently are being accepted for consideration; the deadline for submission is July 20. The Environmental Board serves in an advisory capacity, reporting to the Town Board and the Planning Board on matters pertaining to environmental issues within the Town. The Planning Board is a legally constituted board responsible for the review of development applications in the Town, primarily including those for new homes and business construction or expansion.
 
Pittsford community members with an interest in serving on the Town Environmental Board or on the Town Planning Board are encouraged to send a resume for consideration by July 20 to: Supervisor's Office, Town of Pittsford, 11 South Main Street, Pittsford, New York 14534. Please also indicate which board is of interest to you.  Resumes and information may also be submitted via email to wsmith@townofpittsford.org.
