Marsh Road Bridge in Perinton closed 9AM - 3PM Thursday, 1/19

The New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) announced Tuesday (1/17/17) that the bridge carrying Marsh Road over the Erie Canal in the hamlet of Bushnell's Basin (in the town of Perinton), will be closed Thursday, January 19 from 9:00AM to 3:00PM. NYSDOT advises motorists to pre-plan travel and use an alternate route. Marsh Road is located between Route 31 and Route 96. The bridge is being closed to allow access to the top of the truss for engineering purposes.
