Veterans Day Ceremony is Saturday, 11/11/2017 at Carpenter Park

The Town of Pittsford will join with American Legion Rayson-Miller Post 899 on Veterans Day – Saturday, 11/11 at 11:00AM – to honor all those who serve, or have served, in our country's military forces. The ceremony will take place at the Veterans Monument in William A. Carpenter Park at the Port of Pittsford, 22 North Main Street. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend this moving tribute, which includes a presentation of colors, the placement of wreaths, a rifle salute and the playing of Taps. A reception, also open to the public, follows at the American Legion Post, 21 North Main Street.
