Kilbourn Place project presentation to Town Board

Riedman Companies presented their revised proposal for development of the Kilbourn Place property and the site of the Back Nine restaurant at the April 16 Town Board meeting.  The presentation was made for public information purposes as part of an ongoing public hearing for the project and is currently available on the Town website.
 
All residents in proximity of the project area will be notified by the Town, by a direct mailing to every home in the affected area, in advance of any meeting of the Town Board at which further substantive discussion or a vote may be scheduled. The public hearing will be continued to any such meeting.
