The Town of Pittsford’s 12th annual Family Halloween Fest at St. John Fisher College on Sunday, 10/26 provided great fun for families and helped out a local charity.  Admission to the event was free, but attendees were encouraged to bring a canned good donation for the Pittsford Food Cupboard.  Generous participants ensured the Town staff and volunteers collected 40 boxes of canned goods – weighing a total of 1,500 pounds.

The day featured plenty of treats, games and activities, plus a variety of terrific costumes - check out our photo gallery to see them. Many thanks to all who attended – thousands of you stopped by throughout the day! We also truly appreciate the more than 100 volunteers from Pittsford Rotary, the Rotary Interact Club of Mendon and Sutherland High Schools, St. John Fisher student leaders groups, and other community groups who helped provide such fun activities for all of our guests.

We are especially thankful for our event sponsors Wegmans, Wilmorite, and St. John Fisher College. Thanks as well to the Pittsford Rotary Club and to local Pittsford businesses providing in-kind donations for the event: Bristol's Garden Center, Powers Farm Market, Tim Hortons, Wendy’s of Rochester, and Willard Farms. Be sure to mark your calendar for next year’s Family Halloween Fest on 10/25 – we hope to see you there!
