Continuous Weekday Yard Debris Pickup for April, no set schedule

Due to the windstorm in March, and the snowstorm that followed, Town crews will be out to pick up yard debris on a continuous schedule for the entire month of April. Pickup will be daily on weekdays (M – F) and will not follow a set schedule.  Residents should place yard debris at the road edge, behind the curb or gutter - not in the roadway please, as this poses a safety hazard. Loose piles of leaves, thatch, brush, branches and yard debris will be collected; crews will pick up both loose debris and/or containerized debris (in reusable containers or paper bags) during this time.  Complete information can be found on our Yard Debris Collection webpage on the Town website: http://townofpittsford.org/home-yard_debris.

Please note any debris generated by a contractor working on debris clean up or tree removal, etc. must be taken by the contractor to the Town's debris dumping facility at the Highway Garage at 60 Golf Avenue.
